Do I need architectural plans to get a quote?

For new builds and additions, yes — accurate plans let us price and design correctly. For simple replacements or smaller projects, rough dimensions and photos can be enough to get started.

How long does a typical quote take?

Most quotes go out within 1–3 business days. Larger or more complex jobs may take a bit longer, we'll let you know up front.

What's the usual lead time once I approve a quote?

Lead times shift with the season, but most projects ship 1–3 weeks after approval. We'll confirm exact timing when you place your order.

Do you deliver, and how far?

Yes! We deliver throughout our regional service area of 160 km. Reach out with your job site address and we'll confirm delivery and logistics. Outside our range? Just let us know!
